The Wanlian Yimai MT-Shock300-EB is a transportation impact and vibration acceleration recorder with high measurement accuracy. It is an upgraded version of the original MT-SHOCK101-EB, allowing users to review and download previously recorded data at any time during transportation. After transportation, all data can be sent to customers via WeChat, QQ, or email in a secure and tamper-proof data format (MTFF) for further analysis and research. This product is widely used for monitoring and recording impact and vibration acceleration in power equipment such as power transformers, instrument transformers, high-voltage switches, containerized energy storage systems, and mobile energy storage power stations, as well as in the transportation of precision large-scale equipment and valuable fragile items. The MT-Shock300-EB is a high-speed, fully battery-powered three-axis impact and vibration acceleration recorder. It features three different acceleration ranges: ±15g, ±100g, and ±300g. Users can freely select the appropriate range via software based on actual transportation conditions. It has large data storage capacity and offers multiple operating modes. The product comes with a U.S. factory calibration certificate, has passed multiple international certifications, and is recognized both domestically and internationally. The MT-Shock300-EB automatically records and stores the peak three-dimensional acceleration values for each time period based on the user-set reading rate. All data are timestamped. Users can also pre-set start and stop times, and the recorder will automatically start and stop at these times, making operation convenient. Operating Modes
The recorder offers multiple operating modes. Start modes include immediate start and delayed start (up to 6 months). Stop modes include manual stop and automatic stop. Operation modes include threshold mode and real-time recording mode. Users can freely select and combine these modes as needed.
First, install the Madgetech software on your computer. Insert the USB drive containing the software into the computer's USB port and follow the installation prompts to complete the setup quickly. A Madgetech software icon will appear on the desktop. Connect the recorder to the computer using the interface cable. Open the Madgetech software icon on the desktop, and the software will automatically recognize the recorder. Select the instrument and click the "Custom Start" button in the upper left corner. Choosing the immediate start mode means the recorder will begin recording data immediately. Selecting the delayed start mode means the recorder will automatically start working at a pre-set future time without manual operation. Manual stop requires connecting the recorder to the computer and stopping the instrument manually via the software. Automatic stop mode means the recorder will automatically stop working at a pre-set future time. Threshold mode involves setting the acceleration thresholds for the three axes and the trigger sample count in the recorder's "Properties" via the software. Once the threshold is triggered after startup, the recorder will record data from the trigger point and several data points before and after, then stop and wait for the next trigger. Real-time monitoring mode means the recorder operates independently according to the pre-set mode. It can also be connected to a computer via the interface cable to monitor data changes in real-time on the display. The reading interval can be freely selected from 1024 Hz to 5 minutes. At different reading rates, the software will automatically calculate the maximum operating time of the recorder based on the current storage capacity. Typically, estimate the total time required for the test first, then select the appropriate reading rate to obtain a continuous and complete data curve for the entire process.
